Welcome to Hercules Health, operated under the legal entity Lingoludico, LLC, doing business as Hercules Health ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, using, or accessing our products or services, you ("the customer," "user," or "you") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

1. Product Disclaimer

  • Hercules Health products, including pre-workout supplements, contain caffeine and other active ingredients that may impact individuals differently. By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding your health and physical condition.
  • We are not liable for any harm, injury, adverse effects, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to caffeine sensitivity, allergic reactions, or interactions with medications.
  • Our products are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before using our products, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

2. Age Restrictions

  • By purchasing from Hercules Health, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not sell products to minors, and any purchases made by individuals under 18 will be void.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in reasonable condition (at least 75% of the product must remain).
  • Upon approval of the return request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the product. A refund of up to 75% of the original purchase price will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be granted for products damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping provider for any damages incurred during transit.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Hercules Health is not liable for damages or delays caused during shipping. Once the product has left our facility, all responsibility for the product's condition lies with the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
